What subjects do you offer tutoring in?
We provide support for all major academic areas, including reading, writing, math, and science for elementary students; core subjects and test prep for middle and high schoolers; and study skills, essay coaching, and academic writing for college students.
Do you offer in-person or online tutoring?
Yes! We offer both options to fit your schedule. Students can meet with tutors in person at our Cartersville location or online through our secure virtual classroom platform — whichever works best for your family.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out our short “Get Started” form or call us directly. We’ll contact you within one business day to schedule your free consultation.
How long are tutoring sessions?
Most sessions last 60 minutes, though we can adjust the length depending on your student’s needs and attention span.
How much does tutoring cost?
Our plans start at $160 per month and vary based on session frequency and subjects. Add-on programs like test prep and essay coaching are priced separately.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We believe in flexibility. You can pause, cancel, or adjust your plan anytime with 48 hours’ notice.
How are tutors selected?
All Riverbend tutors are experienced educators or subject specialists who undergo background checks, training, and a teaching-style review. We match each student with a tutor who best fits their learning goals and personality.
How will I know if my student is improving?
We track progress regularly through feedback, grade reports, and communication with parents. You’ll receive consistent updates after every few sessions.
What if my student isn’t connecting with their tutor?
We’ll happily match your student with a different tutor — no extra charge. Finding the right fit is part of our process.
How soon can we start?
In most cases, we can schedule your first session within a few days of your consultation.
